The Foundation to Decrease World Suck (FTDWS) engages tens of thousands of the online video viewers and creators to generate awareness of hundreds of charities and to raise funds for charities. Since 2012 FTDWS had made more than $10million in grants.
After modest administrative expenses half the funds donated to FTDWS go equally to Partners in Health and Save the Children. The other half go to 30+ charities recommended by the participants of the 48 hour telethon-style fundraiser known as the Project for Awesome.
You can donate to P4A/FTDWS anytime by clicking the yellow Donate button >>>>

Given the extra effort Destin puts into his segment on the P4A livestream, the Board agreed to give 50% of funds from his perks to Not Forgotten, the charity he has promoted for many years of the P4A. The Board recognizes that we did not do enough to communicate this change to the community. We’ve heard from some folks that this felt odd and was surprising, and we have decided (along with Destin) to go back to the previous way of doing things next year.
